Shipped iOS apps, and what each one proves

Six products, each built and launched on the App Store. Together they cover hardware integration, Apple Health, map-based workflows, subscriptions and multi-country editions.

Civio

Exam prep · Romanian, German & US editions

Challenge: Three countries, three different citizenship tests — different question banks, formats and rules — and one small team to serve all of them.
Solution: One shared engine — quizzes, Leitner-system spaced repetition, exam simulation, progress tracking and subscriptions — configured for each country's official format. Romania's interview module lives in its own component.
Outcome: Three apps live on the App Store: Romanian, German (420+ official BAMF questions) and US (USCIS civics test) editions.

My Mustang

Owner tools · iPhone, Mac & Apple Vision

Challenge: Mustang owners kept maintenance history in glove-box receipts and half-remembered schedules — a real problem at resale or warranty-claim time.
Solution: A multi-vehicle garage with custom maintenance reminders, a service history with photos and documents, and OBD-II scanner integration for real diagnostic codes.
Outcome: Live on the App Store since February 2026 — free, with a lifetime Pro upgrade. Early reviewers rate it 5.0★.

Foaie Parcurs

Fleet trip logs · iPhone

Challenge: Companies that run vehicles still fill in trip logs on paper or in spreadsheets — slow, error-prone and hard to report on.
Solution: A native app for vehicles, drivers and trip logs: stops picked on a map, fuel consumption calculated automatically, monthly statistics, reminders, and PDF and CSV export.
Outcome: Live on the App Store with a PRO tier. Runs entirely on the device — no backend to host or secure.

BreathHold Coach

Health & training · iPhone

Challenge: Freedivers and swimmers needed structured, safe, land-based breath-hold training that adapts to how they actually perform — without creating an account.
Solution: Guided CO₂, O₂ and custom tables with countdowns, haptic and audio cues, adaptive progression, session statistics and achievements, plus optional Apple Health sync.
Outcome: Shipped in 2026 with a dedicated product site. Training data stays on the device; Apple Health sync is opt-in.

Gym Tracker & Workout Planner

Fitness · iPhone & iPad

Challenge: Give beginners the feel of a personal trainer — plans matched to their goals and body type — inside a self-serve app that can fund itself.
Solution: Guided onboarding collects goals and preferences, then generates workout plans from a library of 100+ exercises with photos and video. Progress, weight and water tracking are built in.
Outcome: Live since 2023 with three subscription options (monthly with a one-week free trial, quarterly, six-month). Rated 5.0★ on the Romanian App Store (14 ratings).

BacIstorie

Exam prep · iPhone, iPad, Mac & Apple Vision

Challenge: Romanian students prepare for the History Bacalaureat with PDFs and printed manuals — with no way to test what they actually know.
Solution: 500+ practice questions with explanations, 300 flashcards, structured summaries, and 12 timed simulations on the real 3-hour limit — across all 12 official syllabus topics.
Outcome: Live since May 2026, collecting no user data. The same template has since grown into seven Bacalaureat subject apps.
