Who is responsible
This website is operated by ISTACK DEVELOPMENT (Mădălin Săvoaia), Pinului 52C, Năvodari, Romania. You can reach me at madalin@istack.ro. I am the controller of the personal data described below.
What I collect
The site collects personal data only when you send it through the contact form or by email:
- your name and email address;
- optionally your company, project type, estimated budget and desired timeline;
- the project description you write.
The form is delivered to my inbox by email. It is not stored in a database on the website.
Why and on what basis
I use these details to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies, analytics and third parties
The site does not set cookies and does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third-party servers. If privacy-friendly analytics are added in the future, this page will be updated first. Links to external sites (for example the App Store or LinkedIn) are governed by those sites' own policies.
Like any web host, my hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address and request logs) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How long I keep data
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for project and accounting records. You can ask me to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing. Write to madalin@istack.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Romania this is ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
The apps
Each app I publish has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store page and product site. This policy covers only istack.ro.
