Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the Mustang maintenance tracking application (the “App”) handles your information. The App is designed to help you track vehicles, maintenance reminders, and service history.

Information You Provide
The App may store information you choose to enter, such as:
- Vehicle details (name/nickname, model year, notes)
- Maintenance records (services performed, dates, mileage, notes)
- Reminder settings (service types, due dates/intervals)
- Photos you attach (e.g., vehicle photos, receipts, before/after images)
This content is created by you and is used to provide the App’s features.
How Your Data Is Stored
On-device storage
By default, your data is stored locally on your device so the App can function (for example, your garage, reminders, and service history).
iCloud / device backups (if enabled)
If you have iCloud or device backups enabled on your iPhone, Apple may back up App data as part of those services. We do not control Apple’s backup processes. You can manage backups in your device settings.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell your personal information.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, the App may send you notifications about upcoming or overdue maintenance. Notification permissions can be changed anytime in your iOS settings.
Analytics & Diagnostics
We do not collect analytics or tracking data from within the App.
Photo Access
If you choose to add photos, the App will request permission to access your photo library or camera. Photos are only used to support features you initiate (e.g., adding a vehicle photo or attaching a receipt).
You can control photo permissions in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security.
Sharing
The App does not share your content with other users by default. If you use iOS system sharing features (e.g., share a record or image), the data you choose to share is handled by iOS and the destination app/service you select.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your App data remains on your device unless you delete it, uninstall the App, or remove it via device/iCloud settings.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top.
